Small 8vo., 232pp. Beautiful First Edition of this Haycraft-Queen anthology including the classic, "Two Bottles of Relish". This is the scarce true first issue binding in black cloth with titles in gilt on spine with borders. Square, tight and clean throughout save some light off-setting to end-papers. Gentle bumping to tips. Equally attractive unclipped dust-jacket, (10s. 6d. net), has some very minor wear to spine ends and a couple of tiny closed tears at the tips. A shallow crinkle a the top front panel. Still quite fresh and bright. From the library of Author and Sherlockian Vincent Starrett with his signature on the half-title page. A very pretty collectable copy of a quite uncommon title.
