"First Edition" on its copyright page, and first printing code "P025" (June 1985) on bottom of page 179 (as noted in ISFDB.) Warmly inscribed by author George Alec Effinger on its half-title page, "To Carrie -- From your Sci-Fi pal, George". This book is in near fine condition, marred only by light bumps on its spine ends. Its binding is sound and square, with no spine crease. Covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn. Pages are unworn and otherwise unmarked. Not a remainder. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is also in near fine condition: whole, bright, and unmarked, with some very light wear on ends of spine and front flap fold, but otherwise unworn. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.

First edition, first printing. Faint remainder spray to lower page edges, else fine in mustard boards with black spine lettering; in a very mildly age-toned pictorial dust jacket, with a light crease to front flap. Jacket by William Naegel. Mind-spinning time travel novel sends Frank Mihalik from 1996 back to the 1939 NY World's Fair--where he gets stuck, and must relive the same day over and over. His girlfriend arrives to help, and the two are soon off on a wild temporal roller coaster.
