Fictional account opening with a convocation of Saints discussing the usual litany of despair, anger, etc., going on below. St. Odule must go below. He is reluctant. Something went wrong, he and Blessed Pierre land in the Mohave Desert instead of Paris or Geneva. They meet various characters, and a goat. A prolific 1930s-1950s American novelist and poet, Robert Nathan was commonly known for "One More Spring" published earlier in his career. Good. No dust jacket. Moderate spine end, corner wear. DJ has very slight surface wear to tips, very tiny tear at top front spine indentation and bottom front spine indentation as well, slight surface wear to spine top edge, tiny tear at back spine indentations, bottom back edge as well.
