He teaches a new course centering on The Wild Bunch of Modern Literature -- a course he concots to feature crime novelists who are personal friends of his--which causes consternation among the older faculty and then a seemingly inexplicable murder.

Otherwise, this is a solid, tight, clean Near Fine copy in a like, unclipped dust jacket, which has a hint of wear to the spine ends, and very faint sunning to the spine.
