Birthday insc for 14 Mar 1946 on prelim. Red boards bleached around edges, spine ends turned and bumped corners. Picture eps. Spine and binding slightly adrift at top. Bep and fep are thinner paper and quite browned, prelim has also got heavy browning around edges, plus foxing spots which occur in minor amounts throughout a relatively clean copy. worst page as in second image. Possibly due to the immediately post war paper stock used rather than way it has been stored as other copies have similar comments.
