Book is in Good condition but does have some wear & staining. A good amount of edgewear to the covers, including a little peeling of the plastic covering on the cover at the edges. Curve to the spine with one spine crease. Slight staining on the cover. Several creases on the back cover. Staining on the outside page edges. Some of the staining does leak onto the page margins, mainly with a stain on the bottom front corner of the pages (first 40 or so pages). Otherwise, pages are bright and clean.
