A very good or better hardcover copy in a fair dust jacket, missing 2-1/2 inches at the spine and a corresponding triangle-shaped piece from the back panel. Publisher's original forest green cloth; titled in gilt to spine; publisher's mark in blind to lower board; sage green end-papers. Slight sunning to spine; top edge a little dusty; binding otherwise strong and square, the corners sharp. Offsetting to end-papers, otherwise a clean copy. Very good. A collection of radio plays broadcast on the BBC by fantasy author and dramatist Lord Dunsany (1878-1957).

Illustrated jacket is not price-clipped; toning to the edges and soiling to the rear panel. No wear or tears to the jacket. Four of the plays are for "earth," and the final 6 are for "air."

Publisher's motif blind stamped to lower board. Green endpapers. A very good copy. A hint of rubbing to upper and lower spine; and top edge and corner of lower board bumped and bruised. Top edge foxed. Fly-leaf slightly damaged by rubbing out with an eraser, endpapers a little toned. Ten short plays intended for the stage and on-air radio by esteemed Irish literary, Lord Dunsany.
