First edition, first printing. Publisher's original dark blue cloth with black titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the thin boards somewhat bumped, the cloth toned at the spine. The contents, with a previous owner's bookplate to the front endpaper and some spotting to the prelims and closed text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is chipped at the tips of the somewhat toned spine and spotted to the rear panel and flaps. Not price-clipped (9/- net to the lower front flap). Very scarce in the British (true) first edition. A weird supernatural novel from the author of Miss Hargreaves. (Bleiler). Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request. Lucius Books welcomes direct contact with our customers.
