You have apparently come to this page from a link on a search engine or another site. If this is your first visit here, I much recommend that you take a few minutes to look over the introductory material accessible via the red “Introductory” zone of the Site Menu available from the “hamburger” icon in the upper right of this (and every) page. An understanding of the purposes and principles of organization of this site will, I hope and believe, much augment your experience here, for this page and in general. The largest collection of Michael Shea stories ever published, this handsome new edition includes all of Shea s best fantasy, horror, science fiction, and Cthulhu Mythos tales. The contents include all of the stories from the Arkham House book Polyphemus, two complete novels with I Said the Fly and The Color Out of Time, a new Mythos tale, and several stories that have never been reprinted in any form. Michael Shea has extensively revised many of the stories, making these the first definitive editions. Laird Barron has provided an insightful introduction. The book also features the complete John Stewart line drawings from Polyphemus, and about twenty color photographs. Limited to 500 copies, all signed by Michael Shea. Over 7 × 10 inches, bound in full cloth with a ribbon marker and patterned endsheets. This volume is bound in faux leather with a rounded spine, an upgrade over the variant with a cloth binding and flat spine. In fine condition. Signed by Michael Shea. First edition thus, hardcover, signed by Shea and marked no. 465/500 on the limitation page. The book has a minor skew starting to the spine, a touch mild shelfwear to the spine ends and cover corners, and very faint soiling to the edges of the text block that does not affect the page faces. Otherwise, this is a solid, tight, sharp Very Good+ copy. Additional images are available upon request.
