Second volume includes Cold Hand in Mine, Tales of Love and Death, Intrusions & Night Voices. Very minor edge wear to jackets, and head and heel of both jacket spines. Flaps of both volumes are unclipped. Sharp copies. Pages are clean. Binding is strong and square. Books come in protective mylar.

Published by Tartarus Press in conjunction with Durtro Press. This second printing, (two years after the 1999 first printing (of 500 copies) has a few minor textual changes, incorporating the corrections listed on the errata slip that accompanied the 1999 first printing. That erraa slip is present in this volume. Fine copies in fine dustjackets (as new), but for small bookshop stickers (The Atlantis Bookshop, London) affixed along the bottom of front pastedown of both volumes.

A 2 Volume Set: The First UK printings published by The Tartarus Press & Durtro Press (London) in 1999. The sets were limited to a limitation of only 500 copies. The BOOKs are in near Fine condition with just a hint of toning to the text-block. Free from inscriptions, erasures and markings. The WRAPPERs are complete and are in near Fine condition. The wrappers are protected in removable Brodart archival covers. A scarce set of all the author's short stories. Subsequently reissued by the publishers in 2001. Russell's Tartarus bibliography on his site) with TEG on both volumes and marbled endpapers. A fine set. The first publication of Aickman's eight collections (Tartarus did subsequently publish an ninth Aickman collection) in one place. An excellent collection. Volume one contains We Are For the Dark (previously published with Elizabeth Jane Howard, though the present volume contains only Aickman's entries), Dark Entries, Powers of Darkness and Sub Rosa. Volume two contains Cold Hand in Mine, Tales of Love and Death, Intrusions and Night Voices. An excellent book. Introductions by David Tibet and Ramsey Campbell. A further essay is included by Aickman. Excellent condition with just a couple of very minor signs of handling, some rolling to jacket edges.
