Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions to endpapers. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Spine is in good condition. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with chips and creasing. Pen mark to front panel.

1967. First Edition. 275 pages. Brown and white dust jacket over green cloth. Black and white photographic plates to page 52. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

First edition first printing octavo hardback xii + 276 pp, Edge of page block slightly foxed otherwise Very Good condition in Good + unclipped dust jacket (a bit embrowned). No inscriptions.

Hardcover. Worn dust jacket with several marks. Small tears on rear upper edge of jacket. Slight bumping on hardcover spine ends. Several marks and light foxing on page block. Foxing at front and rear. Minor creasing on inner corners of pages 107 - 110. Binding is sound, and the text is clear. AF
