The Rancho of the Little LovesClean stated first edition in very good dust jacket. Blue and red decorated paper boards are clean with small stars decoration, red title boxes. Very light surface rubbing to spine ends, no fraying. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound, pages and edges are clean and unmarked. 170 pages. Dus jacket is not price clipped, has a few short closed edge tears, darkening to edges; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. A story set in Las Vegas, where a lovely woman engaged in the oldest profession falls in love with her client, wants to become a lady, and make her house a home.

DJ price-clipped, heavy yellow paper with three color illustrations on front, spine browned, list of Nathan books on back. DJ has very slight surface wear to tips, very tiny tear at top front spine indentation and bottom front spine indentation as well, slight surface wear to spine top edge, tiny tear at back spine indentations, bottom back edge as well.
