First edition. Limited edition. Signed by the author. Publisher's original black faux leather with metallic blue titles to the spine, in the John Picacio illustrated dustwrapper. A very near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents with a touch of very light spotting to the top edge of the closed text block, are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine dustwrapper that is free from fading, loss or tears. Not price-clipped ($60 to the rear flap). Issued in a limited edition of 250 copies of which this example is numbered 40 and signed by Robert Silverberg in blue ink on the limitation page. A collection of three stories centered around time travel, including 'Hawksbill Station', 'Up the Line' and 'Project Pendulum'.
